Summer Star Co is an online boutique and we work hard to get orders out ASAP. It may take up to 3 days for your order to be processed and shipped out.

We understand you may need to return an item purchased. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, and products must be unwahsed, unworn, and in original packaging. Email sales@shopsummerstar.com for the return address. Once you get the return address, simply ship your package there and after 5-7 business days we will issue a refund. Customers are responsible for retrun shipping costs.

Damaged items: 

If an item is received with damage please send an email to sales@shopsummerstar.com within 2 days of receiving it, we will most likely send a new, non damaged version of the item.
