Summer Star Co is an online boutique and we work hard to get orders out ASAP. It may take up to 3 days for your order to be processed and shipped out.

We understand you may need to return an item purchased. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, and products must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging. Email sales@shopsummerstar.com for the return address. Once you get the return address, simply ship your package there and after 5-7 business days we will issue a refund. Customers are responsible for retrun shipping costs.

Damaged and lost/stolen items:

If an item is received with damage please send an email to sales@shopsummerstar.com within 2 days of receiving it, we will most likely send a new, non damaged version of the item. 
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
